This project set out to create a high‑impact fit‑out that prominently expressed the client’s brand and identity within a compact tenancy and a tightly controlled budget.
The challenge lay in maximising functionality within a space smaller than originally recommended, while still accommodating all required workstations, offices, meeting areas, and reception. Our response focused on highly efficient space planning, using simple and logical workstation and office layouts to ensure every square metre worked hard.
A compact, high‑impact workplace driven by efficiency and bold branding
Where spatial constraints prevented the meeting rooms and reception from being positioned independently, we introduced a sculptural wall element that wraps between the two areas. A series of timber battens above an undulating wall height visually connects the spaces while allowing natural light to filter into the reception. Spatial graphics were strategically used to add impact and energy, delivering visual punch without the need for additional materials.
The result is a compact workplace that functions seamlessly, with strong brand presence, clarity of movement, and a dynamic quality that belies its size.
