The client was seeking to place a residential townhouse development on this very flood effected site. Our main challenge was to create a viable design that could safely withstand the site conditions.

With compact designs we were able to raise the ground floor out of the flood plain and create a path for water to flow under the building into the creek at the rear. With the first floor expressively hanging over the driveway area we were able to get four, thee bedroom townhouses.
