James Hardie - Innovation Centre Entry

James Hardie is well known for their innovative, this is where they are cooked up and perfected. The James Hardie Innovation Centre was established and in 2021 the office area was renovated and upgraded to suit the working style and creative values of the team.

The issue was that the building had a ‘hole in the wall’ entry, an uninviting lobby and very old ground floor toilets and showers for the technical and factory staff. This is what formed our brief. We were charged with the honour and responsibility to give the entry some presence, create a light filled lobby space that connected the entry, meeting area and office seamlessly.
