Marquee Views, Narooma

The Vision: Create a landmark development that establishes a new benchmark for luxury in Narooma while honouring a deeply personal family legacy.

The Challenge: A steep 7m slope, a strict 11.5m height limit, and a derelict heritage building in poor structural condition.

The Solution: We reinterpreted the "Legacy" of the site by rebuilding the iconic awning and parapet of the original building. By leveraging the site’s topography, we set back the penthouse level to maximize views while minimizing visual impact from the coast.

The Result: A unique mixed-use development comprising 14 luxury apartments and commercial units that respects the heritage streetscape through a sophisticated material palette of metal, stone and weathered timber cladding.
